Including fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meat and fish along with drinking plenty of water will produce wonders. Exercising five to six days in a week should be done compulsorily. A combination of cardio exercises, walking, swimming or jogging and muscle building exercises like weight lifting are advisable. Thirty minutes can be spent for exercise daily.
